2. It depends where you live? Smaller banks tend to offer the best deals at least where I live. Call all of them in your area and tell them you are looking to start an account and that you are a student, and are looking for a good deal/benefits. Good luck!
3. personally i would suggest Bank of America they just to your needs that's why i have had an account with them since i was 16 (im 18 now). They helped me manage my money and helped me get my first student credit card. they walk you through all the steps unlike other banks.
